A Lahore-based NGO working in education, marriage assistance, and skill development for underprivileged communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and strengthen its multi-city operations across Punjab.

Role Overview

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining operations across multiple school branches, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of school branches across Punjab
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and systems
• Coordinate with regional and branch-level teams to ensure consistency and performance
• Monitor budgets, compliance, and operational KPIs
• Support expansion initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in operations management (NGO or education sector preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-city operations
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A strong commitment to social impact and community development
