Gc Estimator

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated GC Estimator to assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects. You’ll work closely with international clients, architects, and project managers to review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and generate competitive proposals.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using construction drawings and blueprints.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and RFPs.
• Assist in preparing and organizing bid packages and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases and vendor pricing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project managers.
• Support the team with project budgeting and revisions as needed.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in GC Estimating or relevant construction estimating role.
• Familiarity with planswift similar estimation software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeric skills.
• Effective communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on USA/AUS time-zone aligned projects is a plus.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
