🔧 What You'll Do:

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents
• Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans, etc.
• Analyze subcontractor quotes and material pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams for bid submission
• Ensure timely and accurate cost estimates

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of GC estimating experience (U.S. projects)
• Strong understanding of construction trades, materials, and labor rates
• Hands-on experience with estimation software
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
