Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee the entire game development process, ensuring all milestones from concept to launch are achieved.
✅ Handle project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to keep projects on track.
✅ Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive campaign execution and seamless product launches.
✅ Develop and implement game marketing campaigns, including pre-launch teasers, influencer collaborations, in-game events, and community engagement initiatives.
✅ Ensure games are launched on time with top-quality standards to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements:
✔ 2-5 years of proven experience as a Game Producer in a professional gaming studio.
✔ In-depth knowledge of game development workflows, production pipelines, and agile methodologies.
✔ Strong understanding of game monetization strategies, player engagement tactics, and data-driven marketing approaches.
✔ Hands-on experience with live operations (live ops), game launches, and community-driven promotions.
