Responsibilities

• Design gameplay loops, progression systems, economies, and monetization
• Analyze top-performing Roblox games and market trends
• Work closely with developers and artists to execute game concepts
• Improve retention, engagement, and replayability through iteration
• Back game design decisions with data, research, and player behavior

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Roblox ecosystem
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience designing multiplayer/live-service games
• Good understanding of retention and monetization systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
