Required Skills:
-Maintaining payable and receivable ledgers.
-Posting, checking & verification of all transactions and processing payments.
-Verify & reconcile daily weekly and monthly cash collection and deposit reports.
-Monitor Intra-Company transactions.
-Preparation of quarterly and annually budgets.
-Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
-Bank reconciliation statements.
-Processing payroll, employee benefit and wage disbursements.
-Track and maintain petty cash book, reimbursement billings and receivables.
-Follow purchasing procedure, particularly relating to correct documentation and authorization.
-Monthly Stock Count and Reports.
-Weekly Stock Maintenance and updates in stock register.
-Reports and Analysis for Management.
-To provide Price Computation / Costing of all imported and local consignments.
-Provide appropriate financial advice
-Audit accounts
-Forecast finances
Experience: 3 to 4 Year Experience in Managerial Level
Salary Range: 80k to 100k
Location: Giga Mall Islamabad
