Algoradigital is looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is open for both on-site (Gulberg Greens, Islamabad) and remote candidates. You will work across multiple hospitality, vacation rental, real estate, and restaurant brands.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing SEO across several websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and on-page SEO skills, understand content optimization, and be able to deliver consistent growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta tags, headings, content structure)

• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

• Carry out technical audits and improvements (site speed, indexing, Core Web Vitals)

• Optimize content across multiple service pages and brand niches

• Develop SEO strategies tailored to different business categories

• Perform backlink analysis and outreach recommendations

• Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools

• Deliver monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations

• Ensure steady improvements in organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO (technical + on-page)

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools

• Ability to manage SEO for multiple websites at once

• Understanding of local SEO and service-based SEO strategies

• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Ability to work on-site or remote, depending on preference
