Description:

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This position is open for both on-site (Gulberg Greens, Islamabad) and remote candidates. You will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple hospitality, vacation rental, real estate, and restaurant brands.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating, executing, and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns. Your focus will be on generating leads, bookings, and high-quality traffic while maintaining strong ROI across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Retargeting)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Write optimized ad copy for multiple brand styles

• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GA4 and Google Tag Manager

• Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve results

• Lower CPC while improving quality score and relevance

• Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations

• Maintain a consistent flow of leads, traffic, and conversions based on campaign goals

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tools

• Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation strategies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently, whether on-site or remote
