Full Stack Web Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for a FullStack Web Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with frontend and backend technologies, understands web fundamentals, and is ready to take ownership of features while continuing to grow technically.

 

This role is best suited for engineers who can work independently on assigned tasks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver reliable, maintainable code.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi or Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–4 years of professional web development experience

 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies

 • Implement responsive and user-friendly frontend components

 • Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services

 • Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval

 • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams

 • Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure application stability

 • Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines

 • Participate in code reviews and team discussions

 • Maintain technical documentation for features and APIs

 

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

 • Strong experience with Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React / Vue / Angular

 • Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/Flask)

 • Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs

 • Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

 • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

 • Basic understanding of deployment and hosting environments

 

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

 • Good communication and collaboration skills

 • Fluent English communication (both written and verbal) is mandatory

 • Self-motivated with a growth mindset

 • Ability to understand requirements and deliver features independently

 

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

 • Experience with TypeScript

 • Exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines

 • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

 • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, PyTest)

 • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
