Full-stack Software Engineer

Z2A Tech, a fast-growing startup, is looking for a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team and help build impactful products. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems using React and Node.js.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to create responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Optimize performance and scalability for both end-users and internal tools.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs across the front-end and back-end.

• Participate in code reviews, improve engineering processes, and mentor team members.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and product feedback in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Work directly with founders and other team members to shape the product roadmap.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development.

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or similar).

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and debugging.

• Solid Git skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

🚀 Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Firebase, or other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development.

• Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) or automated testing frameworks.
