You should be able :

· Interaction with cross-functional teams to define, design and work to improve application performance.

· Unit-test code.

· Code reviews & design documentation.

· Ongoing evaluation and implementing latest technologies with best practices.

· Must have solid command on Database and Git.

· Need Energetic and Proactive team members who are ready to take ownership.

· Communication is key
