Description:
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Odoo Developer to join our growing technology team and take full ownership of our internal Odoo systems.
You’ll design and build new modules, automate key workflows, and help us craft a digital infrastructure.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and growth, not just maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules (backend + frontend) tailored to manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and sales workflows.
- Extend and optimize existing modules.
- Collaborate with management to translate real business processes into scalable Odoo logic.
- Ensure code quality, modularity, and re-usability for future deployments.
- Manage testing and deployment environments (staging/production).
- Stay updated with Odoo 18, OWL framework, and OCA coding standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo v18 module development, ORM, XML views, and business logic.
- Solid grasp of Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript/OWL.
- Familiar with Git, Docker, and version control workflows.
- Understanding of business operations such as inventory, sales, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and documentation habits.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior work with OCA community modules
- UI/UX improvements inside Odoo (clean, intuitive views)
- Familiarity with ERP for agriculture or manufacturing sectors
