Full Stack Engineer

We’re on a mission to build an actionable, interoperable regulatory grade data layer starting by improving the manual and error prone medical coding and auditing processes at major hospital providers in North America.

We are backed by some of the leading investors globally including Data Collective (SF), Liquid 2 (SF), Union Ventures (Toronto), and strategic angels across North America - that have previously backed several multi-billion- dollar companies who have gone onto IPO or exit.

We’re seeking 10X quality Senior FullStack Engineer(s) to work on the core product - a backend and frontend expert able to unify and visualise data, and build systems that scale from both an operational and an organizational perspective.

As a Full Stack Engineer you will:

• To help develop front-end products for the platform

• Develop and implement the frontend component (e.g. React-based apps, UI/UX,

gateway API) of the product

• Implement a scalable and secure API gateway for the frontend/backend

• Develop and maintain the company website

We are looking for people who are rockstars and can bring:

• 4+ years of production-level experience with front-end (and preferably full-stack) development (with modern frontend libraries like React) and shipping applications and enterprise grade APIs with the “MERN” stack (MongoDB, Express, React, NodeJS)

• Experience with DevOps in support of full-stack development

• A unique combination of creative and analytic skills capable of designing a system

capable of pulling together, training, and testing dozens of data sources under a unified

ontology.

• Someone who can be proactive, takes initiative, and can drive projects with limited

support.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Experience building and shipping applications around machine learning or data science products

• Experience with Python and cloud orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services

Compensation will be competitive to the market and will consist of cash and stock options. We are currently a remote team and envision to continue working remotely.
