Full Stack Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Architecture & Development:

-Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js and React.js.

-Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR to improve performance and content discoverability.

-Deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UI/UX.

-Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or styled-components.

-Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into production-ready experiences.

-Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization.

-Improve SEO using Next.js metadata, structured data (JSON-LD), and Open Graph tags.

Backend & API Architecture (MERN / MEAN):

-Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js with Express.js (or NestJS).

-Design scalable backend services for authentication, subscriptions, content metadata, and analytics.

-Implement middleware, routing, validation, logging, error handling, and security best practices.

-Work with MongoDB as the primary datastore, with exposure to PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Firebase as needed.

-Optimize database schemas, indexing, and query performance for high traffic and concurrency.

-Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, NextAuth.js, and RBAC.

-Integrate third-party services such as payments, analytics, notifications, and DRM.

-Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability under load.

Engineering Leadership & Collaboration:

-Contribute to system and application architecture decisions.

-Conduct code reviews and enforce clean, maintainable, and well documented code.

-Mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in MERN/MEAN development and performance tuning.

-Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

-Document architectural decisions, APIs, and reusable patterns for long-term maintainability.
