Full Stack Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Tracking World. The selected candidate will be responsible for customizing, extending, and deploying Perfex CRM to meet our business requirements. This role requires hands-on expertise in frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, deployment, and database management, with the ability to handle projects independently from start to finish.

·Position: Full Stack Developer (Perfex CRM Customization)

Location: Lahore - HO

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter).

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customize and extend Perfex CRM modules to align with business workflows.

· Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter).

· Build, optimize, and consume APIs for integrations with third-party platforms.

· Manage database design, queries, and performance optimization (MySQL).

· Ensure proper deployment, version control, and environment setup.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain high-quality, scalable code.

· Document development processes, customizations, and integrations.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required skills:

· Strong understanding of Perfex CRM customization and module development.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Vue/React preferred).

· Experience in API development and third-party integrations.

· Strong database skills (MySQL/MariaDB).

· Familiarity with Git/version control and deployment workflows.

· Ability to work independently and deliver projects end-to-end

Nice-to-Have

· Experience with server management (cPanel, WHM, Linux VPS).

· Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

· Familiarity with RESTful API standards and JSON/XML handling.
