Full Stack Engineer

Devsarch is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join its dynamic team in Lahore. This is an onsite, full-time role for an engineer who thrives in building robust, scalable, and secure systems, with a strong emphasis on pixel-perfect front-end development and modern JavaScript technologies. As a part of Devsarch, you’ll play a vital role in shipping impactful features and products that serve high-growth startups with smart and fast software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.

• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express/Nest, and PostgreSQL, integrated with Supabase.

• Implement and manage secure authentication flows and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies on Supabase.

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to plan, develop, and deliver new features.

• Continuously optimize application performance and ensure scalability across both frontend and backend layers.

• Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Deep proficiency with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries like ShadCN.

• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express/Nest, and PostgreSQL.

• Hands-on expertise with Supabase (Auth, Storage, RLS policies).

• Familiarity with API security, JWT/OAuth authentication, and best practices for secure coding.

• Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL, Prisma, or Docker.

• Deployment experience on platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of observability and error tracking tools like Sentry or LogRocket.
