Full Stack Digital Manager

Description:

Pakistan Observer’s Digital Team is looking for a skilled and creative Full Stack Digital Manager to join us full-time at our Islamabad office. This is an immediate hire for a key role focused on video production, content creation, and social media strategy.

If you’re comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera, can manage digital platforms, design content, and lead daily publishing efforts — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video production from storyboarding to filming and editing (including podcasts, reels, and promotional clips)
• On-camera work as needed
• Managing daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Designing social media graphics, thumbnails, infographics, and carousels
• Reviewing and approving content from the wider digital team
• Tracking analytics and suggesting improvements
• Ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across platforms

Requirements:

• Strong experience in video and photo editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
• Clear communication and the ability to lead a fast-paced content workflow
• Must be based in Islamabad and available to work on-site full-time
• Having your own camera equipment is a big plus
