Key Responsibilities:
- Fullstack Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core (C#) for backend services and React.js for intuitive frontend user interfaces.
- Database Management: Work extensively with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and ensuring data integrity and performance for critical medical billing data.
- API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, and integrate with third-party services.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- AI Integration & Exploration: Actively research, evaluate, and propose the integration of AI tools and techniques (e.g., for automation, data analysis, anomaly detection, predictive analytics within medical billing workflows) to improve software capabilities and internal development processes.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, fellow developers, and the billing operations team to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in .NET, React, SQL Server, and AI technologies relevant to the healthcare and medical billing domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend web development (ASP.NET Core preferred).
- Solid experience with React for building modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated willingness or foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, machine learning, or experience using AI tools in development. Eagerness to learn and apply AI in a practical business context is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
