Full Stack Developer

Note: The candidate must have experience handling Upwork or staff augmentation clients for AI/ML Full Stack projects, including client interviews, requirement discussions, technical solution explanations, and successfully closing projects through effective communication and technical understanding.

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building intelligent systems, scalable applications, and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete AI/ML product lifecycle — from research and development to deployment, optimization, and production monitoring — while also contributing to modern full stack web application development.

This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and scalable frontend/backend development.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems

• Build and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

• Manage the complete AI/ML lifecycle, including experimentation, testing, deployment, scaling, optimization, and maintenance

• Deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, latency optimization, and performance

• Monitor and improve model accuracy, inference speed, and infrastructure efficiency

• Develop scalable frontend and backend applications for AI-powered platforms

• Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and features

• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, model serving, and automated deployments

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and modern full stack development trends

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering and Full Stack Development, with proven production-level experience building and deploying AI applications.

 

Experience working directly with international clients (Upwork, Staff Augmentation, or enterprise clients) will be considered a strong advantage.

 

Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras

• Proven experience with the complete AI/ML lifecycle from model development to deployment and production monitoring

• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications in cloud or production environments

• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model serving, and infrastructure optimization

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, or Diffusion Models

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or FastAPI

• Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application design

• Strong mathematical foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
