Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MEAN/MERN stack.
Attend client meetings, calls, and interviews to understand requirements and present solutions.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to convert client needs into effective software solutions.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate expertise during discussions.
Work on SaaS platforms, custom software, and real-time web applications.
Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.


Required Skills & Experience
 

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (MEAN/MERN).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to confidently interact with clients.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and cloud/DevOps tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha), authentication (JWT, OAuth), and real-time systems (WebSockets, Kafka, Redis Pub/Sub).
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms.
