Full Stack Developer

Description:

We’re hiring a Senior Developer who’s genuinely strong in PHP—not just with one framework, but across CodeIgniter, Laravel, and Node.js. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, debug, scale, and deliver production-level code with confidence.

You should know how to structure a project, handle logic-heavy tasks, optimize performance, and make smart decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write and maintain scalable, secure, and clean PHP code
• Work with both CodeIgniter and Laravel on existing and new projects
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and data-heavy features
• Use Node.js where needed for event-driven and real-time components
• Review, refactor, and improve existing codebases
• Collaborate with Devs, SQA, and Product teams to deliver quality output
• Handle deployments, versioning, and DevOps basics if needed

Requirements:
• 5+ years of real-world PHP experience (not just plugin edits or CMS tweaks)
• Strong grip on both CodeIgniter and Laravel frameworks
• Practical experience using Node.js in production apps
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and architectural skills
• Familiarity with MySQL, Git, APIs, cron jobs, and modern dev workflows
• Able to take ownership, work independently, and lead tasks without supervision

Work Expectations:
• Remote position; must stay active and responsive during work hours
• Must follow SOPs, update Trello, and communicate blockers clearly
• This is not a training position—we need someone ready to deliver from Day 1
