Full Stack Developer

🚀 We’re hiring! Looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
· Participate in system architecture design and contribute to high-level technical decisions.
· Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
· Lead development of complex features and ensure timely delivery.
· Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UI/UX) to ensure smooth project execution.
· Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver progress updates.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
· Guide team members in solving technical challenges and improving productivity.
· Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
· Take ownership of tasks and ensure accountability throughout the development lifecycle.
· Continuously research and adopt new tools and technologies to improve product quality.

Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
· 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong experience in:
· PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks preferred)
· JavaScript (ES6+)
· Typescript
· Node.js
· React.js
· Strong understanding of MVC architecture and REST API development
· Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
· Proficient in Git and modern development workflows
· Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns

Location: II Chundrigar Road (Hybrid)
Timings: 3 PM to 12 PM
