🔑 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services using NestJS — REST/gRPC, authentication, validation, DTOs, and error handling.
Develop Next.js UIs and API routes; translate Figma designs into responsive Tailwind CSS components.
Manage client-side state using Redux Toolkit (RTK) with caching and optimistic updates.
Design and optimize Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
Develop and maintain microservices with inter-service communication, retries, and observability.
Dockerize services, support CI/CD pipelines, and follow proper Git workflows.
Write unit/integration tests, document APIs, and troubleshoot production issues.

⚙️ Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js
Hands-on expertise in Tailwind CSS, component libraries (Material UI / shadcn)
Advanced SQL knowledge (query tuning, indexing, stored procedures)
Solid understanding of Microservices, Docker, and Git
