Full-stack Developer

We are building a curated Talent Pool of Full-Stack Developers (Python + React) under our Staff Augmentation model for remote, project-based work Our in-house BD team will handle job outreach for you by applying to 70–100+ relevant roles daily using your CV and LinkedIn profile.

As soon as you receive a response, you’ll attend the interview directly. Once selected, you will deliver the project and share a pre-agreed commission after receiving client payment. The role is initially remote, with the potential to transition to a hybrid work model (on-site check-ins for select projects or clients).

What You’ll Do:

• Share your CV, LinkedIn, GitHub, and portfolio with our team
• Be available for interviews as they are secured by our BD team
• Deliver assigned project work independently and on time
• Maintain active communication with the coordination team
• Share a pre-agreed commission from the project’s earnings after you are paid

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Full-Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and React.js
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, database systems, and component-based frontend/backend development
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Git, AWS (optional)
• Minimum 3-5 years of real-world full-stack experience
• Confident in remote interviews and client collaboration
• Preference for candidates based in or near Lahore (for future hybrid work model)
