Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with Python and exposure to AI technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building smart, scalable digital applications including AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation tools for our pharma, logistics, retail, and food businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Build backend services using Python and integrate machine learning models into digital products
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with internal systems (ERP, POS, etc.)
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement AI use cases like classification, forecasting, or NLP
- Assist in developing or integrating chatbot solutions (e.g., for customer service or order tracking)
- Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
- Document application flows, APIs, and architecture
Required Technical Skills:
Frontend:
- React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Backend:
- Node.js with Express.js
- Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)
Databases:
- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
AI/ML:
- Python AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Basic knowledge of chatbot frameworks or platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom NLP solutions)
DevOps/Tools:
- Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker
- Basic cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with chatbot integrations or conversational AI
- AI use cases relevant to pharma, retail, logistics, or restaurant domains
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, EBS and their API-based integration
- Exposure to real-time data pipelines or analytics dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in full stack development (MERN + Python)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
