We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack JavaScript development and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
- Drive architectural decisions and technical improvements
- Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Manage deployment pipelines and version control using Git and CI/CD tools

- 🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
- Expertise in React.js with Redux, Hooks, and performance optimization
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js and Express.js
- Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases
- Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
