Description:
Vibrant Media is seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in Laravel, React and WordPress to take a hands-on role in developing and enhancing web applications. This role requires developing and maintaining web applications using Laravel, coding custom functionality in WordPress, and collaborating with Backend and Frontend Developers.
Qualifications:
- ✔️ Deep understanding of Laravel and WordPress.
- ✔️ Has built Laravel applications before and enjoys using the latest tech stack.
- ✔️ Must know how to work with WordPress themes and plugins and have experience building them from scratch.
- ✔️ Deep understanding of WordPress core, templates, and APIs.
- ✔️ Must understand the importance of testing code and its impact on a website serving millions of users.
- ✔️ Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and React, even though the work is mostly focused on PHP.
- ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (Preferred).
Requirements:
- ✔️ Strong proficiency in PHP (at least 2 years of experience).
- ✔️ At least 2 years of experience building Laravel applications.
- ✔️ At least 1 year of experience building WordPress themes and plugins.
- ✔️ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a must.
- ✔️ Experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
- ✔️ Experience with MySQL and WordPress customization.
- ✔️ Should be able to write MySQL queries.
- ✔️ Proficiency in Git version control and object-oriented PHP programming.
- ✔️ Ability to integrate with third-party APIs and services.
- ✔️ Experience in building REST APIs using PHP.
- ✔️ Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
