Work Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Overview
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack & CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications and CMS-driven digital experiences. This is a strictly on-site, night-shift role based in DHA Phase 2 Extension, requiring collaboration with our team during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces and reusable UI components.
Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrations with external services.
Manage databases, write efficient queries, and ensure best data practices.
Implement testing frameworks for reliability and quality assurance.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

CMS Development
Configure, customize, and extend modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).
Create custom themes, templates, plugins/modules, and PHP-based components where needed.
Develop content models and workflows aligned with business and editorial requirements.
Ensure CMS-driven pages are optimized for SEO, performance, and security.
Provide ongoing support to content and marketing teams.

Collaboration & Delivery
Work on-site with the Web team aligned with night-shift operations.
Maintain documentation and contribute to best development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PHP.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Back-end experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
Strong PHP development skills, especially with WordPress and other PHP-based systems.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), including customization and integrations, is a plus.
Knowledge of hosting environments and server management (cPanel, Plesk, VPS, cloud hosting, DNS configuration, SSL, deployment workflows).
Experience with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, and web security principles.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
