Front/upsell Executive

 

Description:


As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Mad Outsourcing, reaching out to leads, understanding their needs, and closing deals across web design, SEO, SMM, and app development.

Success in this role means consistently hitting at least 5K/month in sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our new Sales Unit.

What You'll Do:

Lead Outreach:

Dial leads daily, pitch our services, and turn prospects into paying clients.

Client Needs Analysis:

Understand client goals (e.g., better rankings, more website traffic) and recommend tailored solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Track leads, follow up, and close deals efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our marketing and fulfilment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like:

Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets. (Extraordinary commissions await you)

Building a strong pipeline of leads and maintaining a high conversion rate.

Growing into a leadership role as our Business Unit expands.


Who We're Looking For:

1-2 years of proven experience selling on Bark, PPC, SMM with a track record of closing 5K+ each month.

Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex services (like SEO or app development) in simple terms.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Passion for sales and a hunger to grow with a new team.
