Melior ITS is urgently seeking a Team Lead – Frontend Developer to lead and mentor its frontend development team at the Islamabad office. This role is perfect for a highly skilled professional with deep technical expertise in frontend technologies and proven leadership experience.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge user interfaces, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across web applications. Your leadership will drive the frontend team to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Architect and build complex frontend solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.

• Review code, establish standards, and ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Solve complex technical challenges, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficient solutions.

• Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and new technologies.

• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and monitor progress toward goals.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

• Proficiency with frontend build tools, component libraries, and state management (e.g., Redux).

• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Leadership Requirements:

• Proven experience managing frontend development teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Capable of translating business requirements into technical execution plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5–6 years of professional frontend development experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
