Frontend Software Engineer

Description:

AngleBrackets.io is seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join its on-site team in Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for design and deep technical expertise in building responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and TailwindCSS.

As a Frontend Developer at AngleBrackets.io, you will play a pivotal role in translating Figma designs into production-ready, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has strong development experience but also a passion for user interface aesthetics, performance optimization, and clean code practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality, pixel-perfect UIs using React.js, TailwindCSS, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Translate complex Figma design files into responsive and accessible frontend code.

• Implement best practices in performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG).

• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs to deliver dynamic content.

• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and internal documentation.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver top-tier user experiences.

• Follow Git-based version control workflows for code collaboration and deployment readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and functional components using hooks and state management.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TailwindCSS.

• Proven experience converting Figma designs into production-grade code.

• Understanding of web accessibility standards and frontend performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Git, branches, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js for SSR and static site generation.

• Testing experience using Jest or React Testing Library.

• Exposure to TypeScript or component-driven development workflows is a bonus.

Shift Timing:

• 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift – full availability is mandatory)
