Frontend Developer

Sync Scrum is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer (React.js) with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of modern frontend technologies and be passionate about crafting user-centric, high-performance interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and scale responsive frontend web applications using React.js.

• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, visually appealing, and mobile-first interfaces.

• Build reusable components and libraries to streamline frontend development.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage third-party service connections.

• Ensure maximum performance and speed across multiple devices and platforms.

• Conduct code reviews, apply best practices, and write unit/integration tests.

• Work collaboratively with backend developers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience as a React.js frontend developer.

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, React Query, or Zustand.

• Strong grip on Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or other component libraries.

• Deep understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Strapi CMS or other headless CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of data visualization libraries like Recharts, Chart.js, or Nivo.

• Understanding of real-time UI implementations using WebSockets or tools like Twilio Video.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in technical architectural decisions.
