Front Seller

Description:

The Front Seller role at AfterRender is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This role involves engaging directly with potential and existing clients, presenting AfterRender’s video and content services, and understanding client needs to offer suitable solutions. The Front Seller will handle in-person and phone inquiries, follow up on leads, prepare basic proposals or quotations, and coordinate with the creative team to ensure client requirements are captured accurately. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining client records, supporting basic marketing or outreach activities, and contributing to a welcoming and professional front-office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Basic sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in a creative, media, or service-oriented environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with using email, phones, and basic office software to manage client information and communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in video production, digital content, or YouTube workflows is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
