As a Front Seller, you'll be the initial point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role encompasses delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and efficiently managing front office operations.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
  • Coordinate with other departments to promptly meet guest needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding guest privacy, security, and safety.
  • Uphold a positive demeanor and professional appearance at all times.
  • Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and surpass guest expectations.
