Optimal IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team! If you have a passion for tech sales and experience selling Social Media Marketing, Web Development & Design, or Custom App Development, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads for our digital services
• Close deals and drive consistent revenue growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets between $5,000 – $8,000 USD
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies
• Maintain CRM and keep sales pipeline updated

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in tech/digital services sales
• Strong understanding of SMM, Web, and App Development solutions
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently during night shifts
