Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, manage, and convert leads from platforms such as Bark, SMM, and Thumbtack.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets ($10K–$15K).

• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable digital solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely, professional manner.

• Maintain CRM records and contribute to strategic sales planning.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery post-sale.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front-end sales and lead conversion, especially on platforms like Bark, SMM, and Thumbtack.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.

• Must be available for the night shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM), Monday to Friday.
