Front Sales Specialist

Description:

Right Solution is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Specialist to join their on-site team in Phase 7 Extension, Karachi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer interaction roles, and should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This role is focused on front-line sales engagement, where the selected individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. The responsibilities include initiating conversations, building customer relationships, providing information about the company's products or services, and ultimately converting leads into customers. The candidate must be enthusiastic, persuasive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Engaging directly with prospects and clients to promote and sell company products or services.

• Handling inbound and outbound communications professionally and efficiently.

• Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

• Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in front-line sales or related roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling client queries and objections.

• Must be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.

• Availability to work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

• Must be based in Karachi and available to work on-site at Phase 7 Extension.
