Right Solution is currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front Sales Specialist to join our team at the Phase 7 Extension office in Karachi. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys direct customer interaction.

As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the office, responsible for managing inquiries, providing product information, and driving sales conversions. You will handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through to purchase completion.

Your role will involve actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude will be key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the office, providing detailed product knowledge

• Manage front desk sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

• Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism and escalate when necessary

• Work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or front office customer service roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain composure during busy periods

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Comfortable working evening/night shifts
