Front Sales Specialist

Right Solution is hiring a Front Sales Specialist to join its dynamic team at the Karachi office (Phase 7 Extension). As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in nurturing leads, pitching products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and results-oriented, with a strong background in front-end sales and customer interaction.

This is an on-site, evening shift position and requires a commitment to working from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, making it suitable for candidates comfortable with night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's services to effectively communicate value propositions.

• Identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

• Convert prospects into clients through excellent communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.

• Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client details, and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a passion for sales.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite will be considered an advantage.

• Willingness to work on-site during evening hours (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
