Right Solution is actively hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Front Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team at the company’s Karachi office (Phase 7 Extension). This on-site, full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about customer interaction, sales growth, and business development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Front Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, pitch suitable services or solutions, and convert leads into successful sales. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.

You will work closely with the internal sales team to achieve set targets and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and possess a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate degree or equivalent (preferred).

Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a front-line sales, telesales, or customer-facing role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to engage with customers professionally and confidently.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• A team player with a problem-solving approach.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
