Front Sales Representative

UnrealPays is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Front Sales Representative to join our growing international sales team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity tailored for professionals with strong experience in selling to the USA market, particularly those familiar with the Bark USA platform or similar services.

As a Front Sales Representative, your primary focus will be driving business growth through effective lead handling, product promotion, and customer relationship management. You’ll engage directly with clients based in the United States, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that lead to successful conversions. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, handle client queries promptly, and maintain excellent records of all interactions and deals. Knowledge of Bark USA’s platform, sales cycles, and customer expectations will give you a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet monthly targets from the USA market

• Maintain active client communication and relationship management

• Understand and promote the company’s services effectively

• Leverage Bark USA or similar platforms to acquire and convert leads

• Maintain accurate records of client information and sales progress

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery

• Stay updated with US market trends and sales strategies

• Represent the company professionally and confidently during all interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, particularly targeting international/USA markets

• Strong familiarity with Bark USA or similar lead-generation/sales platforms

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Availability to work onsite in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

• Willing to work in either of the following shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
