💬 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We’re looking for a 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to join our growing team. This role involves 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is driven, performance-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop strategies to follow up with leads and explore new industries
• Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients
• Oversee and guide the business development team
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align goals
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Use platforms like 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸 and 𝗦𝗠𝗠 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 to generate leads
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✅ 2+ years of relevant experience
✅ Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
✅ Strong communication (written & verbal)
✅ Proficiency in online platforms like Bark, LinkedIn, SMM tools
✅ Leadership & team management abilities
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
