📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)
🎯 Monthly Sales Target: £2K – £5K
👥 Positions Available: 4

Hexsoltech is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Front Sales Executives to join our Design Sales team. If you have up to 1 year of experience in international sales or are eager to build your career in sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Communicate with international clients via calls and chats
✔️ Handle and convert leads generated through Bark and SMM campaigns
✔️ Sell design services such as logo design, branding, and web design
✔️ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
✔️ Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
✔️ Build strong client relationships
✔️ Coordinate with the marketing team for effective lead management

Requirements:
✔️ Fresh to 1 year of experience in sales or customer dealing
✔️ Good English communication skills
✔️ Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
✔️ Experience with Bark, SMM, or Design Sales is a plus (not mandatory)
✔️ Willingness to learn and grow
