Bitone Digital is looking for a talented and motivated Front Sales Executive (Design) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert sales leads for design services.
• Identify potential clients requiring branding, UI/UX, and creative solutions.
• Communicate with prospects and understand their design requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver client solutions.

Requirements:
• Experience in front sales or business development (design/software industry preferred).
• Understanding of design services and client requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle international clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Experience dealing with $5k–$8k projects is a plus.
