Front Sales Executive

Description:

HashTechMeta is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, primarily from Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and converting them into successful eBook sales. Calling experience is required, as you'll be engaging with clients via both chat and calls. If you’re passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the digital marketing space, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement: Engage with potential clients through calls and chat to understand their needs and effectively close sales.

Lead Conversion: Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) into eBook sales.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of eBook products and services to effectively pitch and persuade clients.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Sales & Calling Experience: Prior experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer support (preferably with international clients) and calling experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Meta Ads Knowledge: Strong understanding of Meta Ads and experience in online lead generation.
