Nexsoft Technologies is looking for experienced and target-driven professionals to join its E-commerce Front Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in E-commerce sales and can demonstrate the ability to generate high-value results consistently.

As a Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, developing strategies to meet aggressive monthly sales targets, and engaging customers with tailored solutions that drive revenue. The role demands hands-on knowledge of online platforms, sales tools, and customer conversion techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales in the E-commerce domain by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts

  • Achieve a monthly sales benchmark between USD 5000 – 10000

  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline through outreach, follow-ups, and client relationship building

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to align offers with customer needs

  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and refine sales strategy

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in E-commerce front sales

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment

  • Knowledge of CRM tools, online marketplaces, and digital sales techniques
