Front Sales Executive

Description:

Offlink Digital is on the lookout for a dynamic Front Sales Executive specializing in Social Media Marketing to be part of our growing digital team. This role is ideal for energetic individuals with a passion for social media platforms and a natural ability to connect, engage, and convert leads into customers.

You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries coming through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, converting them into business opportunities, and maintaining lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads and potential clients through social media platforms

• Pitch services effectively and convert queries into successful sales

• Maintain a strong online presence and respond promptly to client messages

• Achieve monthly sales targets (PKR 5k–10k incentives) through structured selling strategies

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well-communicated and delivered

• Prepare daily and weekly sales updates and performance reports

• Identify market trends and customer behavior to optimize outreach and conversion

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms

• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure

• Confidence in pitching and client engagement

• Fast learner with a can-do attitude and team collaboration skills

• Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT)

• Location: On-site, PECHS Block 6, Karachi
