Front Sales Executive

DIGNITY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is hiring a Front Sales Executive for an outbound sales role in the eBooks and digital publishing domain. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, lead engagement, and closing sales through proactive outreach.

This role is target-driven and requires strong persuasion skills, consistency in follow-ups, and the ability to convert outbound leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for eBooks and publishing services
• Pitch services clearly and professionally over calls
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable publishing solutions
• Close deals and achieve a monthly sales target of $3,000 – $5,000
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status
• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure for smooth project handover

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound sales (eBooks or digital services preferred)
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection
• Professional communication and follow-up discipline
• Basic understanding of eBooks and publishing services is a plus
