Front Desk Receptionist

 

Description:

AMCON Group of Companies is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain records and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required.

Requirements

  • Intermediate qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right skills are encouraged to apply.
