Description:
We are seeking a competent and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle petty cash transactions efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other receptionist duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (6 months to 1 year experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Education: B.Com/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
